Phone Skills Trainer™ E-learning Courses
Each training module is available in either as a CD-ROM or an e-learning course. Each of the e-learning courses is segmented into a series of daily lessons. Each daily lesson includes 12-20 minutes of training content followed by an interactive quiz, then a brief “homework” assignment which reinforces the new skills and techniques in the lesson.
E-learning course progress can be tracked to verify completion. And with the courses available 7/24 from any internet-connected computer, it becomes exceptionally easy to deploy this training to thousands of participants.
