Phone Skills Trainer™ CD-ROMs

Each module is available in CD-ROM format. The CD-ROM program is segmented into daily lessons. Each daily lesson includes 12-20 minutes of training content followed by a “homework” assignment designed to reinforce the new skills and habits.

While the e-learning courses are purchased on a “per participant” basis, the CD-ROMs may be used with multiple participants. They can be used for individual self-paced learning, or for a group training session.
